What are the pool hours?
Our pool and hot tub are open from 6am-11pm daily. The hot tub is heated year round and the pool is heated from March 15th through the end of the year to cover the holidays.
How do I book the clubhouse for my event?
You can use the clubhouse free of charge once per quarter. If you need it more often than that there's a small charge each time you book a date. You can see the clubhouse availability and request a booking on the clubhouse page.
Can I have a garage sale in the neighborhood?
We have two annual garage sales for the neighborhood that we invite all homeowners and residents to participate in. If you're interested in hosting a garage sale at your residence in addition to one of these dates you can submit a request form here.
Are we allowed to rent out our home?
The CC&Rs prohibit an owner renting out their residence with two exceptions; (1) units which were being rented when the amendment went into effect in December of 2008 and are thus grandfathered under this amendment, and (2) units which are given approval by the Board due to a hardship or other extenuating circumstance.
Who do I contact if I need to report a crime or vandalism?
Since our community is located in Pima County, you should call the Pima County Sheriff's Department. The nearest district office is located on Shannon Road (520) 351-6311. How does trash service work here?
Trash is picked up on Friday mornings by Z-Best Services. If you have any questions or wish to arrange for the removal of bulk trash, such as furniture or appliances, please contact them directly (520-360-4419).
